What counts as a native Studio sale?
A dancer pays through Abrazo checkout for a Studio product such as a drop-in, pass, pack, series, or membership. The listed percentage and fixed amount are Abrazo's platform fee.
Does the Studio plan replace my dancer-facing products?
No. Your Studio plan is what your organization pays Abrazo. Your dancers still buy the classes, passes, and memberships you create.
Are Stripe processing and tax included?
No. Stripe processing and any required tax are separate from the Abrazo platform fee shown here.
What happens to offline and free sales?
Abrazo charges a 0% platform fee for an offline or free sale.
How do I choose or cancel Studio Pro?
Create your Studio organization, open Billing in Studio settings, and choose monthly or yearly Pro. Subscription management stays in the billing portal, and a cancellation runs through the current billing period.
What does Studio Pro Plus cost?
Abrazo records the price, native-sale rate, scope, and effective dates in a versioned agreement. Contact us to discuss those terms. Your signed agreement sets the sales rate.
Do I need another Abrazo portal?
No. Studio has its own plan contract. Communities, DanceSanctum, and Organizer Suite remain separate products for separate parts of your work.
